Jennifer Loughran, LCSW

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience. She has had the opportunity to work with children in the school environment, individuals and families in private practice, and seniors in assisted living communities. Her passion has always been to empower her clients and assist them in problem-solving life's challenges. She believes there is a resolution to all problems and works to help her clients accept the resolutions and how they impact their daily life.Office Hours:
Monday 2:30pm - 6:30pm
Tuesday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am - 1:30 pm
Thursday 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Jessica Yoakum, MSW

Jessica is a Masters Level Social Worker. Jessica's recent experience is working for the Reed Custer School District where she worked closely with the Student Support Services. Jessica's goal is to walk alongside those struggling when they need it the most, to support and help them find hope and healing to the best of her ability.

Julie Stephens, PMHNP

Julie is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience across the lifespan. She is able to provide medication management services to aid clients in achieving an optimal level of wellness. She believes in a multimodal approach and looks forward to being a part of each clients journey.Available Office Hours:
Tues, Weds, and Thurs after 5:00 pm

Friday daytime hours

Jill Chinski, LCSW

Jill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting
children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of social and emotional service
settings. Her goal is to help individuals as they navigate healing, growth, and life
transitions. She offers consistent guidance and encouragement, helping clients
recognize progress and create meaningful, lasting change.

Justine Reents, LSW

Justine Reents is an LSW and is excited to begin providing counseling services in the community she calls home. She currently works as an elementary school social worker at Reed-Custer School District, where she supports students in developing social skills, building healthy relationships, and learning emotional regulation and coping strategies. She has also worked with adolescents as an assistant varsity softball coach at Reed-Custer High School, further strengthening her passion for supporting youth. Raised in Wilmington, Justine is grateful to give back to the community that helped shape her. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
