Meet the Team

Jennifer Loughran, LCSW

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. She has had the opportunity to work with children in schools, individuals and families in private practice, and seniors in assisted living communities. Her passion has always been to empower her clients and assist them in problem-solving life's challenges.

Craig Warner, LCSW

Craig is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the field. In those 10 years he has worked with clients of all ages ranging from children to seniors. He has been trained in DBT, CBT,
and solution focused care, and has worked in both the clinical and school setting. His goal is to be a support as his clients move forward on their journey of healing or self-improvement.

Jessica Yoakum, MSW Intern

Jessica is an MSW student at the University of Aurora where she is enrolled in the School Social Work program. Jessica currently works in the Reed Custer School District and works closely with the Student Support Services. Jessica's goal is to walk alongside those struggling when they need it the most, to support and help them find hope and healing to the best of her ability.
